Had meeting with Rod Glover to prepare my will in November 2025. As I hadn't heard anything by March,I called into the office and told by office staff that they were very busy,but shouldn't be too much longer. Early May,still nothing, so phoned the office and told it will be prepared imminently and emailed for me to check. I was away June/July, but didn't receive an email. So I went into the office and asked them why it was taking so long,office lady just shrugged her shoulders. So I asked her to not bother, and destroy my information. Appalling service, would definitely not recommend this place.
