  I changed lawyers within this branch 3x in an almost 4yr process. Communication was definitely flawed as a result. I never really felt at ease or supported. The billing at the end is outrageous. I would recommend anyone in this position to seek private lawyers prior to "no win no fee" lawyers, for example: the non disclosure you are forced to sign at the end should never exist. It is only there to assists companies/employers/bad managers. I was told this is "normal", it's actually NOT. I'm really disheartened by this entire process. I wish I shopped around.

  My experience with Turner Freeman Lawyers was extremely disappointing. I engaged them to handle my workers’ compensation case, but communication quickly broke down. Important updates were delayed or unclear, and I eventually received a termination letter stating I’d “lost trust” in the firm, even though I had previously confirmed I wanted them to continue representing me. Their decision to withdraw representation left me without support during a stressful and vulnerable period, forcing me to find a new lawyer while my claim was still active. I wouldn’t recommend them based on the lack of transparency and professionalism I experienced.
