Tracey and her team are great. Easy to speak with and professional from start to finish. I sold my house and purchased a new home at the same time. It was stressful but made easy by Tracey and Associates.

In 2019 Tracey prepared (and was paid accordingly) for a commercial lease for us. All good there. Fast forward 5 years, that lease is up for renewal. We’d like to simply amend the previous one (by simply changing dates; rent; etc). Tracey REFUSES to provide the Word version of the current lease - which we’ve already paid for. Instead, she wants to charge us $990 for a simple amendment which I could do in 15 minutes. Wanting to be paid twice for little more than one job. Are my expectations unreasonable? This behaviour represents all that is wrong in this world. Please be nice!
