Our organisation uses Shine Cleaning WA and Steve Jakes to do our teams playing kit laundry. The service provided is first class! Steve will collect the laundry from pre-arranged venues throughout Perth and delivers the laundry back to our offices once completed. His turnaround times are exceptional, often back to us within 24 hours rather than the 2 / 3 days indicated. Steve is extremely particular about how our clothing is laundered and ensures the items are returned to us exceedingly clean, stain free and meticulously packed back into the kit bags. Any perceived issues with the clothing, Steve contacts us immediately to discuss the situation and looks at ways of solving any problems in consultation with us. I have found Steve and Shine Cleaning WA to be top-class operators. In my involvement across a number of environments that use laundry providers, I have found Shine and Steve to be a superior organisation providing the best service I have experienced. I would highly recommend using Steve and Shine Cleaning WA!

We’ve been using Shine Commercial Cleaning for several months now, and the difference in our workspace is night and day. From the very first walkthrough to ongoing service, their team has been nothing short of professional, responsive, and thorough. They consistently show up on time, work efficiently, and leave our offices spotless — every surface, corner, and common area gets their attention. What really sets Shine apart is their attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. They don’t just clean — they care, and it shows. Communication has also been seamless. Any adjustments we’ve requested were handled quickly and without hassle. Whether it’s daily cleaning, deep carpet maintenance, or sanitizing high-traffic areas, they’ve exceeded expectations at every turn. If you're looking for a reliable, top-quality cleaning service for your business, I can’t recommend Shine highly enough.
