We could not recommend both Shellie and Carolyn more highly. Their knowledge, and professionalism, as well as keeping us well informed every step of the way, makes every time we use them so stress free. We appreciate all that they did for us, they have gone above and beyond everytime, and for that we would have no trouble in recommending them to anyone! Thanks again ladies, you’re definitely the best in the business!

I used Albury Conveyancing Service in April 2026 after hearing very good reports from other users and Carolyn and Shellie did not disappoint. The purchase of my property in Victoria was such an easy and straight forward process due to the experience, communication and instruction given by Carylon and Shellie. Their expertise, knowledge and customer care was outstanding, and I would recommend Albury Conveyancing Service to anyone who wants a hassle-free property purchasing or selling experience.

  April 2026

We recently used Albury Conveyancing Service to act on our behalf in selling a property in South Albury. We no longer live in the area, but that did not present any issues. Our initial email contact was responded to quickly, with clear, simple instructions that fully explained the process. We and our selling agent were kept fully informed with advice received at every step of the way. Signing of documents was completed electronically using “Docusign”which was both easy and secure. Banking detail checks were made before settlement, and we were informed by telephone when the final funds transfer was made. Carolyn was wonderful to deal with; the fees were good value for money, and we would highly recommend Albury Conveyancing Service.

A big thank you to Albury Conveyancing Service for their professional service throughout the sale of my mother's house. Carolyn was excellent with all communications, offered good advice and helped to make the process stress free. This was so important as I do not live in the area. Highly recommended!
