I have nothing but great things to say about Melanie Thompson, who was my conveyancer for a recent property purchase. She was knowledgeable, patient and also responded quickly to any questions. She also kept me updated along the way, and her emails were clear with what needed to be provided at which stage, so that I had time to prepare. Not to mention their fees are very competative and they provide an initial free contract review, which was very helpful for helping me during the offer stage. Thank you so much, Melanie for making the property purchase journey so stress-free. Jamie was absolutely wonderful to deal with and always made sure we felt supported throughout our purchasing journey. As first home buyers, it can be quite daunting but Jamie was always quick to call us, talking us through the email that he had just sent across and making sure we were kept in the loop at every step. He never made us feel like a nuisance and was always more than happy to answer our questions. We would 10/10 recommend to anyone on the search for a conveyancer!
