  My experience with Reid Family Lawyers was amazing throughout my custody separation. My lawyer Ruth was the powerhouse I was looking for. I wanted a lawyer that wasn’t going to sugarcoat things, or tell me what I wanted to hear, but to provide me the legal advice on what to expect and likely outcomes. Though with some empathy thrown in. She called out the crap from the other party. She put me in line when I needed it and gave amazing advice on what was worth fight for and what wasn’t, based on costs and probable legal outcomes. She enabled me to make the decisions with all information in front of me. We managed to agree on orders that I felt supported the children’s safety, my main concern and I got the custody arrangement that I felt worked best for the kids and me. Overall I couldn’t recommend Reid Family Lawyers enough, in particular Ruth.

  All I can say is Ruth is one of the best if not the best I have dealt with over the course of my divorce. My divorce was very drawn out and very complex as it had numerous complexities. When I searched to find the right lawyer Ruth was the only one that took the time to read the history and understood the situation at hand. Ruth was open and honest and at no stage did I feel I was being used for unnecessary legal fees. Ruth was precise with documents when compared to my ex’s lawyer who made numerous silly mistake. I have no hesitation in recommending Ruth and the team at Fiona Reid Lawyers.
