I had an appointment with Jade in regard to signing documents for sale of my unit. This was for 10.30am , I arrived at 10.28am and Jade was ready for me right on time. I have dealt with Jade on a number of times for various property settlements and the service from her has always been prompt and efficient.

Rude. Dismissive. Poor attitude. At least show some form of decency in your interactions.
