Licenced Conveyancer Mr. Phi Nguyen at McNab McNab and Starke is the best in the business. He has transferred multiple properties for us with flawless performance, and same recently for happy home buyers Nick and Rose. Forget shopping around with crossed fingers gambling on (perhaps suss) conveyancers, or lawyers that need to drum up some extra legal work. Don't easily assume just because they appear professional in a swank office, it may still be a coin toss that they know what's required, with ability to foresee issues and achieve a smooth settlement, without last minute setbacks and drama. Just call Phi to get it done, he's always 10 steps ahead on the deal, keeps you constantly updated, so you can enjoy a no-brainer property transfer and notified at completion. True Story! We have just completed settlement with Phi as our conveyancer for the purchase. It was a rather bumpy road with the seller being unprepared and not always reasonable. We felt that Phi did a fantastic job, constantly being available, very responsive and able to put enough pressure on the other party to act. We felt that our interest in the matter was adequately protected by Phi.
