Barely any interactions prior to court, told the lawyer is quitting and nobody is available for my case 2 weeks prior to an Important Court case. At the very least keep people informed. Want to charge me 3300 to continue. Told me my legal aid has expired and found it hasn't. More of a determent than anything helpful.

Absolutely appalling and unprofessional experience. I was in communication with one lawyer right up until my court hearing, only to be told five minutes before that they were unavailable and a different lawyer would be stepping in. The replacement lawyer had no idea why they were even there, came completely unprepared, and didn’t fight for anything I had previously discussed. I actually had to interrupt the hearing halfway through just to explain things to my own lawyer and tell them what to say — that’s how unprepared and disengaged they were. Despite the complete lack of service, they still believe this disaster was worth $2500. Without a doubt, one of the worst legal experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely unprofessional — avoid at all costs.

From my first conversation with Kim I felt totally supported. Her work in court was exceptional, getting me the result through negotiation before even facing a magistrate. Kim was totally professional at all times and her honesty and openess was so refreshing. I can only highly recommend Kim to all and sundry. A great person and an exceptional lawyer.

Everything I was looking to have on a lawyer, Kim has delivered and exceeded my expectations. Her caring way and expertise in law makes her an amazing professional that you would want in your corner. Everyone in the firm I have dealt with, have treated me with respect, emphaty and professionalism. Thanks for your amazing work 🙏 the firm brought the faith back to me that, there are lawyers in business for the right reasons, beyond how much you can pay for their service.
