Had Katie represent me in a divorce after my first solicitor was hopeless. Katie was wonderful and knowledgeable and kind and represented my interests very well. If you want to see the worst in peoples behaviour then be involved in a divorce or the executor of a will. My ex was ruthless and if I didn't change solicitors to Katie things would be far worse. Katie doesn't stand for nonsense by the opposition in a divorce case and I highly recommend her to anyone navigating through asset splits or a custody matter after the breakdown of a marriage.

We would like to save you from the ordeal our family encountered with Katie Smith. If you do use her, make sure you check the paperwork for a hidden caveat on your home, that you unknowingly sign as it is not explained to you. Even when you are very unhappy with her lack of communication and skills, you have no choice but to pay as she has control over your home. Believe me, go elsewhere.

In 2007 I contacted Katie to assist me with a children’s custody issue I was absolutely beside myself the best person I had to represent my situation was Katie she was fantastic and was able to assist me with regaining the custody of my children if you need a great lawyer to represent your situation it’s katie

She is hopeless, she's very forgetful & over charges. She forgot to deduct $10,000 from opposition that was owed to me!
