Throughout the journey, Eliza and her team kept me focused and on track. After 10 months, I was able to finalise my matter and move into a new chapter with confidence. I have encountered with a few different solicitors from this legal firm over the years, whom helped myself to settled my purchases of valuable properties. They were professional standard. Most recent selling and settling process of my property located in Box Hill, which was settled at purchase through this firm, however was disappointing ,dragged for months, Being to the court, yet still pending! No settlement fund received! During this process, irretrievable financial losses incurred to myself. At this stage , couple of orher lawyers involved, which made my losses becoming un accountable by any of them. Yet, when I moved to other lawyer, the firm abruptly demended their fees to be paid regardless myself losses. I did do my best to stay with them, however, the protection of my interest had nowhere to be seen, except mounting losses irretrievabley. Even than, I had never wanted to attack them at personal individual professional standards. The current lawyers in this firm are new and young to me myself. Such practices appeared that they will have a long way to go to become anything good on their own rights ! It is very sad to me, reflected back on them is a shame , these few female lawyers are of questionable competence. Lacking of sense of responsibility. Dr Judy HX Chen
