Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I had an extremely poor experience with this solicitor and their team. We spoke directly just yesterday, they personally reviewed the contract, negotiated terms, and I signed a property contract that same night based on their advice. Today, a complete stranger called me claiming to be from their team, with no proper introduction or verification. Naturally, I assumed the call could be fake. During that call, pricing was discussed and verbally agreed. Shortly after, the solicitor called me back with a very aggressive and unprofessional attitude and abruptly stated that they no longer wished to work with me. No clear explanation, no accountability, and no professional conduct whatsoever. The lack of internal communication, poor client handling, and unacceptable attitude were shocking—especially given the seriousness of a property purchase. This behaviour is not what anyone should expect from a legal professional. I would not recommend this solicitor or company to anyone. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

I strongly advise against using Imperial Conveyancing. During a property sale, Sukhbir collected rent from a tenanted property without any legal entitlement and have failed to return the funds. This behaviour is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their integrity and trustworthiness as a conveyancer. Extremely disappointing and not a firm I would recommend under any circumstances.

We purchased a land and before signing agreement, they did not inform that there is a sewage manhole at the back of my land, not even warned me about it. Even I specifically asked and he said, no there is nothing and its all good. Only when there is landscapping work started, I came to know abt it. Thats what your primary job is. if there is any such thing, you should inform the client abt it. I dont know why you put me into this trouble. I will never take any service from you in future

Lack of knowledge and unreliable. He represents himself as a solicitor but is actually a conveyancer. As a conveyancer, he only cares about his fees and not the service. He frequently ignores phone calls and fails to update clients on their cases. He mishandled my case and overcharged me $22K in cash to settle the matter.
