Through happy circumstance, Liam Broadby was recommended to us and we subsequently enjoyed an extremely efficient and enjoyable 'working relationship' with him throughout the conveyancing experience. Liam proved to be attentive, conscientious and unfailingly cheerful as we navigated some challenging issues during the process. He made himself available whenever his intervention was required and his affable professionalism was such that we could not recommend him too highly.

We recently used Goodman Conveyancing for the purchase of our property in Hobart, Tasmania, and we couldn’t be happier with the service — especially from Olivia Dance. From the very beginning, Olivia was diligent, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always there to answer questions and guide us through the process. Calls were returned promptly, emails were replied to quickly, and communication was excellent throughout. We were working with a very tight settlement schedule, and Olivia genuinely did everything she could to help make it happen. Her dedication and effort really took a lot of stress out of the process. I’ll also say that their pricing was probably close to double what we’ve paid for conveyancers in QLD, but the amount of peace of mind we had throughout the entire process was absolutely priceless. After this experience, I’d happily pay more to use Olivia again. Everyone at Goodman Conveyancing was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend Olivia and the team at Goodman Conveyancing, and we’ll definitely continue using them for any future property matters.

I recently used Goodman Conveyancing to purchase a property in Launceston while I’m based in Hobart, and this is actually my second time working with them. On both occasions, I received comprehensive support throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciate. This time, the purchase wasn’t straightforward — due to inaccurate information provided by the selling agent, uncertainty around the tenant’s move-out date, and the Easter public holidays, I felt quite stressed and under pressure at times. However, my conveyancing team, especially Kate and Liam, were incredibly professional and supportive throughout. Liam in particular stood out. Liam was very diligent, responsible, and patient in all communications. Whether by phone or email, he always took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain things clearly, and work through solutions with my best interests in mind. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, my property settled on time, which I’m very grateful for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goodman Conveyancing to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.

Liam is wonderful and made the process smooth. Liam was able to take me on as a client on such short notice and acted quickly on my behalf. He's a good communicator and answered all my questions with honesty. He explained to me pros and cons of a decision I wanted to make and this helped me to confirm my decision. I would definitely recommend him to everybody and I wouldn't fault anything.

Had a pleasant experience working with Goodman for my recent Hobart purchase. Gabrielle was helpful in handling my initial inquiries and both Millie and Dylan were experts in ensuring that I was making informed decisions throughout the sales process. Thanks heaps!
