I bought my first property and Alicia Downie provided a fantastic service. She answered all the (many) questions I had and advocated strongly for me. Very happy with her as a conveyancer.

Communication was slow and largely reactive, with several important issues somehow overlooked. This contributed to an already unbalanced outcome, making the situation worse. I would not recommend.
