Christopher and I would highly recommend this company to all and cannot speak highly enough of this practice, both Janine the Practice manager and Chris our Lawyer were both beyond understanding and compassionate while listening to our needs and point of view. Chris had an amazing way of suggesting we may like to look at things in a different way and advised us on the different ways we could best approach our issues and the way in which the law stands today. We are both grateful he had the sound knowledge and ability to be able to do this. Chris gave us several options in the way best to be able to approach our families and also our needs and with his sound knowledge we saw things differently he would also make an amazing advocate if ever required. Not only where we given the time too think things over and do what worked for us and our families, we could do this comfortably in are own ways so as it worked with life and job commitments, they both also understood and worked with the fact our families don’t live close by. If Chris is anything to go by everybody in any aspects of the law we both feel would be represented correctly by this company with sound solid advice knowledge respect courtesy and Amazing Service! There costs were beyond good value for money we can’t fault this local business. We both left feeling we could approach them at any time over any areas of the Law and if they couldn’t help they would advise us who could. We were not just a number to this company we were made to feel like the only people in the room! A huge thank you to Chris for his diligence patience and supportive manner and Janine for her honesty and laughter along the way small word but with a big meaning Thank you so much.

I experienced one of the most professional but friendly experiences when I visited Budden lawyers to assist with an estate matter. Lisa and Janine were nothing less then remarkable as they took time to understand my situation then clearly and very patiently navigate through an extremely complicated, stressful and painful journey which I would not been able to do my self. . I can’t thank them enough for there understanding and professionalism to resolve it for me while I was dealing with a loss of a love one and all the things that involved.

Budden Law was recommended to me from another law firm. I am a returning client, and honestly couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and service provided. Leon and Christopher went above and beyond with my complicated case, and their level of service was of the highest quality and standards. I felt that I wasn’t just another client; they were my greatest advocates and had my back in more ways than one showing genuine care and compassion.

We have been using Leon over a few years now for various situations in our business and also on a private level. We have found Leon to be professional and his advice was solid and he was very understanding, we had a great result from what could of been a ongoing issue, it was dealt with quickly and smartly and we were able to have our life back to normal, this was a huge relief for us. We would recommended Budden Law as a law firm, they are very reasonable in cost for these sometimes unforeseen and unfortunate positions which businesses can get into.
