  Holly was amazing in doing the conveyancing on a complicated rural purchase. It involved multiple titles and vendors (one overseas). It was a daunting process. Holly was readily contactable and always super-pleasant. She negotiated an amended settlement date to suit both sides. Butt & Co's charges were very fair given the complexity of the process.
