Excellent experience from start to finish. Lili, Beth, and the entire team were incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward. Communication was clear and prompt, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends – a truly great team to work with!

Lili and her team were great when smoothly taking us through the settlement of our investment property. We were in another state and felt as if everything was under control with their oversight. Carmel

Worst settlement agency I had to deal with. My contract was amended by the seller after acceptance and neither the selling agency or the settlement agent had advised me. Terrible service and communication. They never respond and ignore your concerns, do yourself a favour stay away from these people.

Highly recommend Combined Property Settlements for all your settlement needs. We have utilised their services for both residential and commercial settlements and they have exceeded our expectations every time. We cannot speak highly enough of Katherine who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions promptly and kept us up to date and informed during the entire process. She genuinely cares about her clients and went above and beyond to ensure we were across all the information we needed to be aware of. Thank you Katherine, look forward to working with you again in the near future. Will not hesitate to recommend Combined Property Settlements to family and friends.

We were very lucky to be introduced to Katherine and I cannot say how happy we are that we decided to engage her as our settlement agent. We went to her for advise on a few properties we were considering, before finalising one. Being first home buyers and completely new to the process, we had many many questions that might have frustrated most others. Katherine was always genuinely happy to advise and guide us and her responses were always, prompt and detailed. In fact, she even pointed out a few important details we had missed from the pest and structural inspection we arranged. Katherine is very pro-active and genuinely caring and we cannot thank and recommend her enough for all her help. Needless to say, if we do decide to invest in property again, we will be going to her.
