If I could give -0 stars I would this horrid place needs to be shut down before many other families are destroyed and ruined by the lack of unprofessionalism * Neglect and Lack of Communication:
experienced a lack of communication also bazaar things said as such as my ex partner must be stealing the mail because certain documents were being sent apparently but they weren’t at all so to stop that I said no more sending documents I will pick them up to be handed other people confidential documents and information so no wonder where my stuff has gone ? To another person maybe all my sensitive very highly confidential documents regarding my children including infrequent updates, missed phone calls, and difficulty getting responses to my questions or concerns. * Inadequate Case Management:
 adequately managing my case, leading to missed deadlines, lack of preparation for court, or a general sense of disorganization. Most definitely one of the most rudest people I’ve ever met even had the audacity to say myself and 70 year old Nan stole their dumb as receptionist handbag my family law case dragged out for 6 years with little to none progression but aslong as that legal aid was paid as long as I sign that paper every 6 months I have wanted to go to current affairs over this firm
