Had the pleasure of dealing with Kennedy and cooke recently for my mother's estate, their professional approach was only surpassed by their friendliness and willingness to walk me through any queries. I had no idea where to start with these matters, so to deal with a firm so helpful was excellent, thanks so much and I highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm, largely due to how my matter was handled at reception. I engaged the firm for a contract review and proceeded toward issuing a Section 66W certificate. Despite the contract already having been reviewed previously by the same firm and all requirements being satisfied (finance confirmed, pest and building clear), I was unexpectedly asked to pay additional fees upfront without clear explanation. Fee amounts had not been clearly communicated earlier. When I queried this, the interaction at the front desk was abrupt and unprofessional. I was told to pay immediately or take my business elsewhere, which left me confused and under unnecessary stress, especially given the time-sensitive nature of a 66W certificate. Attempts to contact the solicitor during the day went unanswered until I attended the office in person. While the firm promotes high professional standards, this experience did not reflect them. Clear communication and professional client handling — particularly at the front desk — need significant improvement. - Dated 05 Feb 2026

Kennedy and Cooke’s service has always been 10/10. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking of legal advice or representation. Staff are great and very friendly.

We paid these clowns to draw up our wills but the rubbish that was sent through in the draft didn’t even go close to what we had discussed, with the most pressing issue completely ignored by the solicitor and the names of recipients and proportions of the estate completely and utterly wrong! Multiple attempts to have it corrected, only resulted in demands to have the account paid; which I did in good faith and was assured the problems with the wills would be addressed. I should NEVER has trusted them, as I haven’t had any contact or response from them since I paid their bill! I expected honesty and integrity from a law firm but clearly I went to the wrong place! Disgusting way to treat clients! Anywhere would have to be better than them.

Looked after my matters very well. High level of support, compassion and expertise. Good outcomes with friendly staff. Would definitely use them for any other matters that arise.
