Mark would look so much more professional if his customer chair was not home to his cat and all its fur.. Mark was found through Google review, I found him to act independently for my partner in a defacto agreement.. He did not follow our instructions which were simple, he rather tried adding a clause which would have voided in 2 yrs, we felt as a couple, he caused us trouble.. I will never recommend him or his services to anyone.. Legal documents are never copied both sides to save paper , or are they stapled, and legal documents are sent via registered mail.. Very dissapointed.

Mark Shenken at Saint Kilda Law was an absolute lifesaver during my messy separation—he listened, explained everything clearly, and fought hard to get me a fair outcome. Thanks to his calm expertise, the whole process wrapped up smoothly without endless stress. I felt supported every step, and honestly, nothing went wrong. If you’re in Balaclava or nearby, he’s the real deal—kind, sharp, and gets results. Highly recommend him!

I could not thank Mark enough. I came to Mark with a family law and child welfare matter after countless attempts of getting help from Orange door and Child Protection. I was lost and exhausted and out of hope. Mark and his team helped me regain my life and provide a safe and stable environment for my children. He is highly professional and his years of experience shines through in his work. Not only did he help me rebuild my confidence but he also made the journey less stressful with his great sense of humour, and we bonded over our joint love for feijoas!

Mark Shenken provided me with services regarding arrears owed to a storage company. I was very pleased with his excellent service. Thanks to Mark I now have an ongoing relationship with the accounts department. Many thanks, Mark.

Mark Shenken has been great to work with, and the outcome of my case exceeded all my expectations! He was quick to respond to any question that I had and I could tell that he and his team were working hard on my case. My outcome was a truly fantastic one- better than I could ever have hoped for or expected, and I have Mark to thank for that. Pricing was fair, transparent and far from exorbitant for the work that went into building my case and the outstanding outcome that was achieved. Mark Shenken has helped me every step of the way with my case. I am glad to have had him on my side, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for legal representation
