  We recently engaged David for a dispute with a builder who did not complete their build by the contracted period. I spoke with another solicitor at first who's advice extended as far as "these builders have all the power, good luck getting any money back. You'll waste your money trying". David, had a different attitude - he was very responsive via phone and email. He had a calm demeanor which gave us comfort, he shared insights about the process, reviewed our contract, and after one letter to the builders, they agreed to damages of almost $10K. This has been a huge relief for us, after 7 months of financial stress with the build overrun. Thank you David, for your support. You were wonderful to deal with.
